Ashley Rea joined the Vision Collision team five months ago, quickly becoming a versatile and reliable part of the front office and estimating team. She serves as an assistant, estimator, and receptionist, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient day-to-day operations.
Ashley brings a year and a half of experience in the body shop industry, giving her a solid foundation and a strong understanding of the repair process. Originally from Oregon, she made the move here in May, embracing both a new community and new opportunities.
At just 18, Ashley took a bold step and moved on her own, reflecting her independence, work ethic, and drive. Outside of work, she enjoys riding horses, barrel racing, and building trucks, blending her love for horsepower—both on the road and in the arena.
