Austin Ames brings 7 years of collision repair experience to the Vision Collision Pocatello team, specializing in detail and paint prep work. Originally from Kentucky, Austin has made Pocatello home for the past 9 years.
He’s known around the shop for his shine — the kind of finish work that makes a repaired vehicle look better than it did before the accident. Refurbishing is what he loves most about the job, taking something damaged and bringing it back to a level customers don’t expect.
Outside the shop, Austin is into cars and guns. His favorite vehicle he’s ever worked on was a black 2010 Ford Shelby GT500, and his dream ride is a 1994 Nissan Skyline GTR-R32.
