Damon Steele is the Production Manager at Vision Collision Idaho Falls, bringing nearly six years of collision repair experience to the role. He joined the industry in June of 2020 and has been keeping the Idaho Falls production floor running ever since.
Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Damon has spent his entire life in the community he now serves at the shop. What he likes most about the job is that it keeps him busy — and around the shop, he’s known for keeping everyone else in line. Order, accountability, and pace are what move a body shop, and that’s where Damon thrives.
Outside of work, Damon makes the most of Idaho’s outdoor playground. Golfing, camping, riding dirt bikes, and boating fill the time when he’s not at the shop. As for a dream vehicle, Damon’s answer is the most honest one in the building: he doesn’t really have one. A truck that gets him where he needs to be is enough.
