Tim Moore serves as Controller for Vision Collision, overseeing the financial operations across all three locations. While Tim is newer to the collision repair industry — joining the team six months ago — he brings a strong financial background from his previous role at a venture capital firm, where a connection to Shellie and Alan brought him into the Vision family.
Tim’s focus is on scaling the business and refining processes as Vision continues to grow across Idaho and Montana. Around the shop, he’s known for cracking the whip and pushing the business toward the next level of operational maturity. What he likes most about the job is the people — Vision runs on a family environment, and Tim has felt that from day one.
Originally from California, Tim left for Texas at age three and landed in Idaho Falls in 1986. After school, he bounced around the country before meeting his wife and settling in Denver for 13 years. In 2018, the Moores returned to Idaho Falls, and they’ve been home ever since.
Outside of work, Tim is an outdoorsman and a die-hard sports fan. Hunting and fishing fill his weekends in season, and when sports are on, you’ll find him cheering on the Denver Broncos or catching a Spud Kings game with friends. As for vehicles, Tim is happy with what he drives — a 2023 GMC 3500 Denali that’s earned its keep.
